• Photocopy of Birth Registration Card/ Immunization Card
• Recent passport size photographs of Applicant (3 copies)
• Recent passport size photographs of Guardian (2 copies)
• Admission Form (Duly filled in).
Newly Admitted Students will collect the Government
provided books from their previous school.
